Ready to take your camp experience to the next level? The Camp Gan Izzy Leadership Program gives teens the opportunity to grow as leaders while still enjoying all the fun of camp — swimming, sports, workshops, trips, and more!

Who Is This For?

This program is open to teens entering grades 7–12. Participants transition from campers into leaders, helping guide younger campers while gaining real responsibility, confidence, and leadership skills.

Training & Commitment

• Mandatory Teen Training: June 19, 2026 (1–2 hours)
• Hands-on leadership experience throughout the summer
• Community service hours certificate provided

What You’ll Do

• Assist counselors with daily camp activities
• Help supervise and engage younger campers
• Support transitions, games, and special events
• Enjoy a special post-camp outing with staff
