One of the exciting elements of Purim is the giving of food gifts (Mishloach Manot) to friends and family. It is a Mitzvah to give at least two foods to at least one person. Mordechai, of the Purim fame, instituted the practice of sending food one to another, and gifts to the poor.

  Chabad of Contra Costa is ready to assist you with this mitzvah! We will a send lovely Mishloach Manot package containing Hamantashen, fruit, drink and many special treats to anyone receiving a greeting from those you and others designate from the list we have generated.  The more Mishloach Manot greetings you send, the deeper the discount!

   You may make your choices online, or by mail. You will need your unique username to log in to the online program.  Go to http://www.purimproject.com  with the user name and password which was previously emailed to you.  Or contact Lynn at www.Lynn@JewishContraCosta.com if you need this information.   

    You can choose as many names as you wish -- a $10 fee will be charged for each of the first 3 names and discounts ranging from 5% to 24% apply for more choices, increasing significantly as you make more choices.

   In addition, you can select the reciprocity option. Reciprocity gives you the added convenience of automatically sending to someone who sent to you who you might have not marked. There will be a $10.50 fee for names added through the reciprocity option.
