From napkin to platter – Learn how simple centerpieces can make your holiday table pop, and watch how to platter and garnish, you favorite dishes. Hear about Rosh Hashana traditions both Sephardic & Ashkenazic – all with our very own JWC women!
October 30 – Breast Cancer Awareness month – Raise money for Sharsheret
Join our Walk – A- Thon at the Lafayette Reservoir and end with refreshing snacks while we hear about Sharsheret and the great work they do for Jewish women with breast cancer!
December 14- Pre Chanukah –
Jewelry making with Carolyn from Jewels Just For You! Learn how to knot a pearl necklace or bracelet, and then give it as a Chanukah gift! Enjoy a Chanukah grab bag and delicious latkes and donuts!
February 5 - An Inspiring afternoon with Joanne Caras author of the Holocaust Survivor Cookbook. Hear the amazing event that led her to create this legacy of family and food. Savor some of the finest delicacies from the cookbook along with a flavored coffee bar!
March 4th – Prepare for Purim with the Mother - Daughter Hamantashen bake-off !
March 19 – Design your own masterpiece to use at the Seder table! Paint a Seder plate or Elijah’s cup with the experts from Color Me Mine, and explore the meaning of freedom in our modern lives!
